The Artist's Corner
Rules
Each team is assigned a block of snow. (Block numbers are drawn by lottery.)
Dimensions: Your block of snow measures approximately 6 feet x 6 feet x 10 feet tall. You may sculpt as high as you wish and expand the sculpture out as shown.
*Carving is all done by hand. No power tools. *Colors are not allowed. *Internal supports (Like wood, metal, etc.) are not allowed. *Water will be provided.
Code of Conduct Snow Visions strives to maintain high standards providing a clean, well-mannered event for all to enjoy. Please remember we are all guests of Randhurst Mall, the Village of Mt. Prospect, and the Sheraton Hotel.
Here are a few guidelines to make your time with us as enjoyable and fun as possible.
- Please be courteous to your fellow teams; as well as the spectators.
- Keep your site relatively obstruction free, to prevent accidents.
- No alcoholic beverages are allowed at the sculpting site.
- Illegal drugs or other activities are strictly prohibited at the site or the hotel, and will be cause for team disqualification and dismissal.
